The hubby missed the mushrooms...that's a quick fix next time...we both thought it was very rich...and very filling...this makes at least 3-4 servings...I made it with homemade canned tuna...what I really enjoyed was the ease of preparation and how quickly it cooks...made this for dinner after getting home late...loved the crunch of the celery...made for FYC tag game...
Very tasty recipe. I doubled most ingredients except the dairy ingredients and came up with a great tasting "casserole". Also added zucchini and yellow squash shreds (it is that time of year) instead of peas and again - terrific taste.
What a great quick, easy and tasty meal! I love a dish you can get together quickly with pantry staples and this fit the bill. I used fat free cream cheese and only about 2/3 of what was called for and that was perfect for us. I had half a bag of peas in the freezer so I used that and it was probably a bit more than specified. Tasty and filling - a real weeknight winner - thanks for sharing the recipe!
Yum! I got this together in 15 minutes flat for lunch! I didn't have celery so I grated a carrot in, which I will definitely do again. Lots of room for different veggies, almost anything would go. Used whole wheat egg noodles.
Really good. Added 2x the veggies and a tsp of chilli powder, and it turned out great!
Super quick and easy to make. This is just perfect for those nights you need something quick for dinner and you hadn't really planned ahead. We didn't add the peas becase of DD preferences. Made for PRMR
I'm not a big fan of tuna, but for some reason I have a bunch of cans in my pantry, so I decided to try this recipe. I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked the flavor, and my husband ate it without dousing it in Tabasco, which he does to everything that he thinks it "too bland". He told me to put this recipe in my "keepers" file.
I have to add my 5 stars to the rest. Simply delicious and simple to make. It's one of those recipes that you turn to when nothing is defrosted and you don't know what to make. I used fat free cream cheese, skim milk and multigrain pasta to trim back on the fat. Really Yummy!!
Very good & easy. Next time I will add a ton more veggies (spinach, broccoli, carrots, etc.). Also, be sure to season well with salt & pepper, as it could be pretty bland without it. Thank you!
This was wonderful!!!Loved that it was super easy and tasted GREAT!! Even my picky family loved it. The only thing is.....I doubled the recipe to serve 4 and it was too much. This makes enough for 4 even though it says it serves 2. Will definately make again...........
