      Quick and easy is a good description for this bread but you forgot Delicious! I used 3 cups of white flour and almost 4 cups whole wheat. I did add a tbsp of vital wheat gluten because I was worried the wheat flour may be too heavy. The loaves baked up light and high. Just before baking I brushed them with egg white and one I sprinkled with sesame seeds and the other an Everything topping. I sent a loaf over to my Mom who just had surgery on her shoulder and she said it was the softest homemade bread she ever had. Hey...wait I make her bread all the time! LOL Thanks for sharing your recipe :) *Made for PAC Spring 2010*

      This is my first try at home made bread it turned out fantastic. My wife just had some and she gave it 5 stars also. Thanks soew much I am new at all of this.
