I just had a slice fresh from the oven and enjoyed it a lot. Next time I think I'll add some banana extract as I found it lacking a little in banana flavor other than that it was Quick, Easy, Healthy, Yummy Banana Bread..! BTW I made it exactly as written using splenda as the sweetener. Oh, I added nut to the top. Thanks

This is AWESOME! I used whole wheat flour for the extra healthy kick to the bread. My family told me it was the best recipe I have tried yet! Thank you for posting!

Very good and excellent use of on-hand ingredients! I added 1/2 t. of vanilla extract and sprinkled pecans on the top before baking. Turned out great and no butter!

Love this recipe! This banana bread is delicious - moist and so easy to put together - I can't believe it's a Cooking Light recipe. I've made it twice in the past few weeks with leftover bananas I had lying around (3 med). It's a wonderful light breakfast or snack in the afternoon with my tea - and the kids absolutely love it too (especially since there are no nuts!) Definitely a new favorite - thanks for sharing :o)

Yummy is right! Was looking for something to do with the few bananas I had lying around didn't want to go to waste...this was perfect as I didn't have too many exotic ingredients lying around and it was quick quick quick! Thanks!

I really enjoyed this banana bread, it was easy and quick to prepare, a big plus in my book. Also, it was moist, not dry.
