  • Melt butter.
  • Add garlic to butter.
  • Place chicken in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • Mix cheese & seasonings.
  • Cover chicken with cheese mixture.
  • Pour garlic butter over the top.
  • Bake at 350 until chicken is no longer pink.

  1. Wow, this quick and easy to make chicken was great ladywisconsin. I made 1/2 the recipe for the two of us. What a wonderful flavor. I served the chicken and a little of the butter herb sauce on top of noodles and garnished with some sliced green onions for a meal in one. This dish tasted as great as it smelled while baking.   5. This is delicious ! I doubled the recipe because I'm feeding a family of 4 including 2 teenage boys a a big hungry fireman. I also used boneless skinless chicken thighs and they turned out great. Will definitely make this again and a bonus is the house smells terrific !

I'm adjusting to cooking for one, even when I only cooked for two, i made enough for an army. It really is amazing how once you stop focusing on meat in a meal, your eyes sort of open up for so many possibilities. I love it. <br> <br> <br>I'm a real simple lady.
