This is a zesty sweet savory spread that can be used with crackers or veggies. The taste is mysterious with the addition of horseradish.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup cream cheese, softened (1/2 of 8 oz package)
- 1⁄2 cup dried sweetened cranberries, chopped fine (I use my mini food processor)
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
