  • Saute diced onions in butter until golden.
  • add diced butternut squash, potatoes and carrots and saute until everything starts to brown.
  • add broth and all the spices and cook for 15-20 minutes until everything is very tender.
  • add the sweetened condensed milk and puree soup to preferred consistency. Ad milk for a creamier soup and serve with some toasted bread.
