I made this the night before last to have cold for chicken sandwiches the next day. Very good and so easy. I also like the fact that its a quick cook-I did not have to heat up the house. Diana Neal

Wow, Bergy! I was really impressed with this chicken. Such a simple recipe, but the flavor was excellent! I was a little short on time when I made the marinade so I used garlic powder. Next time I'll make sure I use the real thing for an even more intense flavor. It only took about 16 minutes all together for mine to be done, so make sure you check it. This would be excellent with a wild rice side dish. I'll be making it again for sure!
Wordeful dish! I used dried garlic and baked the chicken istead og grilling it. Very good and easy. Its a KEEPER. Thanks, Bergy for sharing!
This is a perfect recipe for chicken to be used in a salad or on a sandwich. However as a main dish we found it to be very moist but lacking just a tad in flavor. Add wing sauce though, and it's perfect!!!
DH & really liked this! It was quick to make & came out crisp on the outside & very moist inside. I used 2 extra garlic cloves & some onions & chilli pepper flakes in the marinade, & sprinkled the salt & pepper onto the chicken right before we brolied it. Delicious recipe!
This was good, and easy indeed. I will make again, but will probably add more seasoning - either s&p or cajun as it was a little too bland for my DH.
