      This is the same meatloaf I have been making for years and it is always a hit with my family - even the ones that "don't like" meatloaf! Only change I make is to use a packet of onion or onion/mushroom soup mix in place of the onions. It gives it a nice boost! Thanks for posting

      So quick and easy! I cooked it in 6 smaller "loaves" in a muffin tin. It only took 15 min and my kids LOVED that dinner resembled a cupcake/muffin. I also added an onion soup packet mix for a flavor kick. Yummy-will definitely make again!!

      This meatloaf was very good but I'm surprised no seasonings were used in the meat. The BBQ topping was yummy but the meat itself was bland. I'd definitely add some salt & pepper (at the minimum) next time. Thanks for sharing.

      I was really impressed with this recipe. I didn't want to have to make this when I got home from work, so made it before work in morning. I used ground turkey for the beef, but other than that followed the recipe. I let it cool for about an hour, then wrapped it in foil and put it in the fridge. When I got home from work into the microwave it went. So delicious and moist. This is great, we will make it again!

      This meatloaf has a nice taste but was a little dry even with the barbecue sauce and I followed the recipe exactly. Would definitely try it again as it was so quick and easy to put together.
