Sooo good and EASY! I always seem to mess up the ones I have to cook! I used this over rice noodles, and used a bit of the cooking liquid instead of regular water, because I was afraid the natural peanut butter I used wouldn't combine properly. It worked just fine. Thanks!

This was my first ever peanut sauce, and it was quite good, maybe even addictive! The first time, I just followed the recipe. The second time, I omitted the sugar and increased the soy sauce. Also, my chili sauce wasn't very hot, so I added crushed red pepper. This is a keeper, thanks!

I thought this was really quick and easy to make. I made a double batch of this recipe although I did not have any cilantro. I thought the sauce was a little runny so I added some cornstarch and heated it until thick. This is a really great basic recipe that can be adapted. Next time I might try apple cider vinegar instead of rice vinegar. I will definitely be making this recipe again. Thank you for posting it!
