Quick & Delicious Asian Broccoli Salad

A great fast salad that works well at home, at potlucks & parks and even on the boats!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 head broccoli (or bag of broccoli heads)
  • 1 cup of fresh sliced mushrooms (about half of a 8 oz pack)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 cup asian-style dressing (Newman's Own Lowfat Sesame Ginger is perfect!)
  • optional

  • 1 diced red pepper
  • 14 cup diced red onion

Directions

  1. Steam the cut up broccoli for 2-3 minutes (make sure it stays crisp!)
  2. Rinse with cold water.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Chill & enjoy!
