      Gosh, I hate to give 3 stars, but we just did not like this. The flavor is just "off" and the blending of a portion of it gives it an unappetizing color. It is low in fat, however so that may be enough reason to try it.

      A very good low fat soup! I used fresh broccoli, skim milk, and a low sodium chicken broth. I didn't find it as creamy as others but I'm sure it's because of the skim milk.

      Nice creamy flavor with a chowder-like consistency. Very easy to make, although I had to add a little more liquid when pureeing as it was on the thick side. Very good! I will make often. Thanks for posting!
