Easy and great gift for giving. Tasty too.


  1. In a medium-microwave safe bowl, combine marmalade and cranberries.
  2. Cover and microwave on med-high power (80%) 6 minutes or until marmalade melts and cranberries are tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Spoon jam into heat resistant jars; cover and cool to room temperature.
  4. Store in refrigerator.

Delicious, quick jam for gift giving. It is so easy to make. I did it on top of the stove and it worked out great. I have it in the refrigerator at Christmas time so that I can give a jar to anyone who comes to visit. It is very tasty and I make it during the year to put on English muffins, toast, or bagels.

This jam was good but a little on the tart side for us. I did finely chop the cranberries instead of coarsely chop. A very simple and quick recipe.
