My husband loves this dish. It is even better heated up the next day and is a very easy and quick dinner to make.
- 1 9 inch pie pastry shells
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 6 ounces crabmeat
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (2 7/8 ounce) can French's French fried onions, crushed
