I usually shun canned crab. However, this recipe makes it not only edible, but delicious!
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 3 scallions (chopped fine)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat
- Mix all of the ingredients together well, and place in a serving dish.
- Serve with "gourmet" crackers, toasted pita points, and/or raw veggies.
