I'd really been feeling weak from morning and was in need of something to get me going through the day. Luckily, I spotted this recipe in my file and went rightaway to make it. What more can I say than - It stirred me back to life! Thanks, Anu! Now for an UPDATE! This afternoon, when in the midst of writing my examination paper on Java, I was really in need of something that would re-charge my brain cells:) All of a sudden, I thought of substituting the cocoa powder in this recipe for Ovaltine and omit the cinnamon and vanilla extract. I did that! I brought a cup of water to a boil and poured it into an Ovaltine mug that contained 1/2 cup Nido milk powder, 2 tbsps. of sugar and 1 1/2 tbsps. of Ovaltine. Stirred in the water and voila! I drank it like a kid;) It makes an excellent drink this way as well, and plus, slightly guilt free!! Try it, your going to love it! :)
