My mother-in-law makes these every year around Christmas. These are my husband's favorites! I have even been able to easily make them Gluten free by using GF oats.
- Cook the first 5 ingredients (Sugar, Cocoa, milk, vanilla, & butter) to boiling.
- Add peanut butter and cook until melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Add oatmeal & stir.
- Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet and freeze.
