A quick gravy to whip up

  • 1 12 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

Directions

  1. Blend flour and milk.
  2. Add to soup.
  3. Heat slowly to boiling and cook until thickened.

I was looking for some way to make a quick chicken gravy to go with a couple of baked chicken breasts and mashed potatoes. Something where I did not have to use chicken dripings in the recipe. This fit the bill and was delicious. So easy to fix. I'll use it again and again. I did add some white pepper to the gravy to spice it up a little.
