  • 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken noodle soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon milk curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • pepper
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
  • 12 cup cooked chicken, chopped

directions

  • Fry the onions in the oil, 3-5 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Heat to just below simmering and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with French Bread.
  • ENJOY!

  1. I wouldn't call this a casserole, as it was very liquidy. But it was definitely easy, smelled good, and tasted good. My family enjoyed it.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
