I'm such a huge fan of Real Foods brand corn thins! Only about 23 calories each, and you can make 'em into anything! This is a quick and easy recipe to kill cheese cravings without killing your waistline.
- Get out corn thins and sprinkle all the grated cheese on them equally.
- Add dill and garlic.
- Put in the microwave for 12 seconds, or until the cheese melts. Don't put them in for more than 20 seconds!
- Take them out and either add salsa on top or break into strips and dip in the salsa.
- Enjoy! :).
