Quick, easy, yummy accompaniment to just about any meal.
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise (Hellman's or Best Foods)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Dijonnaise mustard (creamy Dijon Mustard)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
- 3 quarts romaine lettuce, torn
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce.
- Just before serving, toss with lettuce.
