Mmmmmm! I'll be making this again and sharing it with everyone I know. It was so easy and absolutely delicious! I drizzled a tablespoon or so of melted margarine over the bread and sprinkled it with another tablespoon or two of cinnamon/sugar before I baked it. This gave it a nice caramelized sugar crust on top. I also went a little heavier on the cinnamon inside the bread. It's a very moist heavy bread, perfect for breakfast or a snack.   1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
