- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) cantropical fruit salad
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- Add undrained tropical fruit salad and yogurt to blender.
- Whirl until smooth.
Very tasty super fast pick me up! I used what I had in terms of yogurt which was about 1/3 of a cup of fat free vanilla and the rest fat free plain. To try to deal with the bitter taste of the plain yogurt I added a bit of splenda and some vanilla. I also used tropical fruit salad in its own juice. My 3 year old and I really enjoyed it!
