    Every now and then I'll crave banana pudding, but don't want to make a big bowl of it. Found a single serving recipe in Southern Living and tweaked it a little bit. This hits the spot when that banana pudding craving hits!

    Directions:

      In a glass, layer the following: 2 tablespoons whipped topping, half of the banana slices, 2 tablespoons prepared vanilla pudding, and 3 vanilla wafers.

      Repeat.

      Dollop with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.

      Perfect! Exactly, I too like banana pudding, but can not make a whole bowl, because I don't know my limit :-) So, this worked out great! So delicious! Thanks for sharing! :-)

      This was great for a light snack for the baby and myself. The only change I made was to use reduced fat wafers.

      This is quick and tasty! I made this for my husband and I and I doubled each serving to fill our large glasses. I really just "eye-balled" it and tried to make it look pretty. This not only tasted good and was easy to make, but the presentation was beautiful also. Thanks for sharing!
