Came up with this recipe when I had a desperate craving for chocolate pudding, but didn't have the patience to make it. I've served it tons of times as a dip with a fruit platter, and everyone asks for the recipe. Sometimes I just eat it as is...
- Stir all ingredients together, making sure there are no white streaks of yoghurt left.
- Let rest, refrigerated, for 30 minutes if possible. The flavours will really develop and the dip will thicken.
- Serve with a fruit platter, or top with whipped topping or chopped nuts.
The taste of plain yogurt came through very strong. Maybe if there was more chocolate it would mask the plain yogurty taste, which I do not like. Luckily I only made a 1/2 recipe since I had to throw it away.
Easy to make and so rich in chocolate. Absolutely divine!
