Just like the title, this is quick and easy and good! I didn't have any lettuce handy but love lettuce on tuna sammies. Thanks jmdrag for sharing the simple treat. Made for Cookbook Tag.

Thanks for posting jmdrag. It was quick and quite tasty. Made as written but substituted cheddar for the American cheese as it is family preference. Added a bit of minced onion to it too. The mayo wasn't enough for DH so I added a dash more. If you grew up on pickle relish in your tuna you will like this. Chilled it and packed it for lunch in a flash. It wasn't the running kind but wasn't the least bit dry either. Spot on. Enjoy! ChefDLH

I've been using this recipie for years but I used fine shredded cheese, a little minced onion and a pinch of sugar in addition to the sweet relish. Sometimes I add a hard boiled egg.

Perfect tuna sandwich. I used 2 1/2 tablespoons of mayo and 1 tablespoon of dill relish. My son and I loved this. It was the perfect amount of everything. We didn't add lettuce or american cheese but loved it just the same. Will be making my tuna like this from now on.
