Quick and tasty, these beans make an excellent side dish to any Mexican meal.
- Combine all ingredients in a small pot over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until warmed through.
Followed the recipe on down, with one exception; although I drained & rinsed the beans I also saved 1/4 cup of the liquid from the beans & added that to the beans as I heated them! Made for a tasty, flavorful side!
