      What a great recipe that I will use over & over again. I did exactly what the recipe called for except I just added 1 fresh tomatoe chopped up!

      This was good but I thought it needed a little extra flavor boost so I added some taco seasoning mix. I'm giving it 5 stars anyway because I'm pretty sure it's my own fault for not having any cilantro or a jalapeno - sorry for messing with it! However, this was the perfect rescue for an enchilada recipe I was making for dinner tonight that called for salsa since I didn't have any on hand.

      I LOVE how quick and fresh-tasting this is, and especially that it makes a reasonable amount that DH and I can consume within a few days, instead of the quarts or gallons that some other recipes produce. Thanks!

      Quick and easy is a great description but you left out great taste. I used a whole red onion and two jalapeno. Sure beats the bought stuff!!
