      I used plain greek yogourt which I added splenda and vanilla. It was very good. This is a great healthy dessert. Thanks Carrol :) Made for PAC Spring 2013

      My 6 year old daughter asked me to whip up some rice pudding for her real quick but unfortunately rice pudding takes time...so when I came across this recipe, I thought, this will do! :-) I used instant white rice. It was surprisingly really good...What a great & simple idea! Thank you!

      You are so right Carrol, this is easy and yummy. I love rice pudding and since I had rice left over decided to give this a try. Oh my, light and smooth. I did add some 5-spice to it and that was just a little bit extra to make it even better for me. Thanks to you I now have an easy and great tasting desert I can have often and you can bet I will.
