    Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. I use diced Simply Potatoes with onions. This makes making potato salad so easy. No peeling potatoes or onions

    Ingredients:

    • 1 (16 ounce) package Simply Potatoes (I use the diced potatoes with onions)
    • 1 cup mayonnaise

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Cook potatoes in microwave with ¼ cup water for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain water, let cooked potatoes cool, then stir in the above ingredients. Place in refrigerator to keep cold.
