  1. After much debating I gave this a 3* only though because DH prefers a crisy edge to his pork. For ease of cooking it was definitely a 5. We really enjoyed the flavour. I will be making this again. Thanks for posting. Cheers Jen

  2. One of the best pork chop recipes i have had recently--Very quick and easy to make,

  3. DH said the sauce was tasty!! Not a word in his usual vocabulary. Used oj instead of pineapple juice; had oj on hand. Thickened the sauce a little with WONDRA. This will be a well used recipe in my box.

  4. This was terrific! I loved the flavor the sauce gave the pork chops. I was skeptical about the vinegar, but it worked. I doubled the amount of pork and all because we have big eaters in our family and still, it all disappeared! We served with white rice and poured some of the sauce over it. Unbelievable! I am curious to try this recipe with chicken to see if it is as good as the chops. Thanks MizzNezz, I can't wait to try more of your recipes.

  5. Came home in a hurry and pulled this recipe up on line. I didn't have any pineapple juice so I used Mango Margarita Mix (a staple for everyone's refrigerator!) and it worked wonderfully. What a great recipe! Very tasty. Served them with wild rice. Thanks MizzNezz!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
