I had my doubts, but this is quick, easy and good. I like that it is chewy and a little crunchy. I used 1/2 all purpose and 1/2 white wheat flour and kneaded a little. Made 2 crusts on a cookie sheet, sprayed the crusts with a small amount of olive oil and cooked part way at 425 degrees. Made a cheese pizza (make sure you turn the temp down or you might get browned cheese). Froze the other crust to use for skillet pizza. It is not the best crust I have ever made, but with my bread machine is out of commission, am glad I tried this recipe.
Quick, Easy, great results! Rolled my dough thin and it was perfect! Made a 12×18" size. Baked for 15 min then broiled for 3 min.
This is easy and quick pizza dough recipe. Love it...
Excellent dough. It is perfect regular pizza. I like a little less bread for my thin crust. Is there a way to make this crispier other than rolling thinner? In that case this recipe should make 2 thin crust pizzas. Any recommendations on the pizza pan vs. stone?
omg i made thsi pizza the other day! MAN WAS IT WONDERFUL, AWESOME TO ENJOY!
This was my very 1st time searching for a quick and easy pizza dough recipe and this recipe definitely blew my mind. I'm in love with this recipe, it's delicious and so easy to prep, prepare and bake. It took all of 25-30 minutes from start to eating. I will be using this recipe forever. Thanks .
Delicious and easy. I don't know why anyone would use any other recipe. This is my first pizza dough recipe and it will be my go-to. Thank you!
I usually am not one to write reviews but this recipe is just that GOOD! As promised it is fast and delicious.. We like our crust a bit sweet so I add 4tbs vs 1.. It also can have a bit of a "yeast" taste (I use rapid rise yeast so I'm not sure if that makes difference) but the extra sugar helps.
I've tried other doughs before and they're all too complicated to make with small children. This one was a snap! We put the ingredients together, went outside and played, then it was ready to go. Made 2 pizzas with this recipe. Kids LOVED it and so did the parents! I used dark brown molasses sugar instead of white sugar and I think it gave it a nice texture and flavor. Swapped out plain salt for crunchy sea salt. Also, I pre-baked the crust for about 5-7 min (depending on the thickness) and that worked great. I will definitely use this one again.
