Not good at all!! I made this for my family and in the end threw it down the sink! It stuck to the pan and smelled horribly. I tasted one and it had little taste to it. I even went over the instructions to see what I had done wrong and there didn't seem to be anything! I would definitely not make this again!!

Loved it. Have another mix for everyone. It too is quick and easy and available online. Actually two: vanilla malted pancake and waffle mix/complete add water only and Pamela's mixes. These mixes are free shipping on amazon. I am afraid all these easy mixes are making me lazy...

Easy yes. But it had no flavor at all. Would not make again.

Sorry but this recipe was no good...I had to add so much flour into the mix. The mix was very watery.

Tasty fast pancakes! They do come out very thin though, I needed to add more flour. After I cooked one pancake I decided to add an extra egg. Thank you so much for posting! Made for Spring PAC 2009

It was really simple to make, and the end product was really good. Only problem I had was that they turned out more like crepes than pancakes. I would recommend this for sure, but not if you are looking for traditional fluffy thick pancakes. (and yes, I am sure I made it right, I triple checked while making, because it looked odd to me.)

Just whipped this together with my in-home preschoolers - they are enjoying them now and give it 6 thumbs up :) Thanks for the quick and easy recipe!

I used organic wholewheat flour in place of white flour and the pancakes turned out perfectly fluffy. They would probably be lighter if I'd used white flour, but I felt guilt-free eating them this way. I also did not add any oil...not even in the frying pan, which is a Tefal red dot pan. What a great easy pancake recipe.

Very quick indeed, and easy. I cut the sugar back by half. The kids loved them. Thanks!

These were great pancakes....very quick to make and delicious. I made a double batch but I used only 2 cups milk instead of 2 2/3 and also 2 cups of flour. It made them nice and fluffy, kinda like the ones at Perkins. Thanks for the great recipe.

These are great for a weekend breakfast...or great when you don't know what to make for dinner! The only thing that I would add to it is a little bit of vanilla. It just adds a little something.

AWESOME! Thanks so much for sharing. Easy, quick & tasty. Just what I was looking for. Even my daughter's friend liked them and she is the pickiest eater ever. Thank you again! Definetly a keeper.

Tastes great, and super easy to make! I have been struggling to find a good and easy pancake recipe, and now I have it! Since finding this recipe I have been making them almost every weekend! :) I sift the flour to make the pancakes fluffy. A variation I've used lately is to make a double batch with just 2 cups milk PLUS 2/3 cups of slightly melted strawberry ice-cream (melted in the microwave for about 15 seconds). I normally halve the sugar too as already some in ice-cream. Comes out pretty good :) Have made it with chocolate ice-cream too, but strawberry was better. Hubby's idea :)
