Great, easy mint. I made a trial batch and will now make a few batches to give as gifts. Thanks for a great recipe!

Wonderful, I did use 1/2 tsp. mint extract. Everyone loved these with a star of extra special buttercream icing on top!! *****

I tried out this recipe for an upcoming Thanksgiving reception at my daughter's preschool and it worked perfectly! I tinted the mixture orange and used some small cookie cutters to shape them into autumn leaves and pumpkins. I'll be making these again in a few weeks! Thanks a million!!

I love this recipe! It's quick and easy. Instead of rolling the "dough" out and using a cookie cutter I put the dough in a small zip lock bag and cut off one corner and squeezed it out and cut it into little pieces onto a plate dusted with powdered sugar. This worked very well. I think they're much better with peppermint extract than with "mint" extract :)

Couldn't find any butter flavor extract so they maybe weren't as great as they could have been but they were still really good. Also . . . didn't want to search for a tiny cookie cutter so I just rolled them up rope style and cut them with a knife. Thanks for the recipe.
