Quick and Easy Italian Meatballs

"This recipe is a combination of my two favourite meatball recipes. One of them being Recipe #143735. Don't be fooled by the long list of ingredients, these are very easy to make!"

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Mix all ingredients together well using your hands.
  • Shape into 15-20 balls.
  • Place balls in an ungreased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the juices run clear.
  • Serve with your favourite pasta sauce, over spaghetti noodles, with a glass of red wine (optional)!

  1. When you say parmesan cheese ... thats the actual parm cheese grated or the died stuff we put on top of pizza ???

  2. I used all ground beef because that’s what I had. For spices I used Italian seasoning instead of individual ones, again that’s what had but I did add garlic powder as well. They were delicious, got 25 meatballs using a cookie scoop. Next time I’ll be prepared and use the sausage but the recipe was very good and is a keeper?? Thanks for sharing it!
     
  3. I made this recipe doubled. I was very pleased with the results. Used them to make meatball sandwiches.
