Quick and Easy Italian Meatballs

ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 lb ground medium Italian sausage
- 3⁄4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic, minced
directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix all ingredients together well using your hands.
- Shape into 15-20 balls.
- Place balls in an ungreased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the juices run clear.
- Serve with your favourite pasta sauce, over spaghetti noodles, with a glass of red wine (optional)!

I used all ground beef because that’s what I had. For spices I used Italian seasoning instead of individual ones, again that’s what had but I did add garlic powder as well. They were delicious, got 25 meatballs using a cookie scoop. Next time I’ll be prepared and use the sausage but the recipe was very good and is a keeper?? Thanks for sharing it!
