This is a great appetizer for entertaining that doesn't require a lot of effort.
- 1⁄2 cup prepared seafood cocktail sauce
- 1⁄3 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 (6 ounce) cans lump crabmeat, drained
- tortilla chips
- Combine cocktail sauce, mayonnaise and lemon juice in medium bowl; mix well.
- Stir in crabmeat.
- I like to serve this with blue corn tortilla chips because it looks pretty.
This is a very tasty and quick appetizer. I first tried it with tortilla chips and loved it. I then had it for lunch as a wrap on a garlic and herb tortilla with shredded carrots and lettuce. Loved that too! Thanks for sharing, Bippie!
