Quick and Easy Chicken & Feta Pizza

I used round lebanese bread for the base as I prefer a crispier rather than doughy base. I found that by using cooked chicken, the result was VERY dry chicken on the pizza. I would not bother making this again. I prefer mine with meat!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 prepared pizza crust (12" dia)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 6 ounces chopped cooked chicken (leftover grilled is best!)
  • 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) packageathenos traditional crumbled feta cheese with dried basil and tomato


  1. Place crust on cookie sheet.
  2. Spread crust with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with chicken, tomato and feta cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes.
  8. This recipe yields 8 appetizer or 2 to 4 main dish servings.
  9. Special Extra: Sprinkle pizza with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil.
