This is a very moist chicken and it cooks in no time!
- Between sheets of wax paper, pound chicken breasts until they are fairly uniformed in thickness.
- Place in broiler pan.
- Combine cheese and mayo. Spoon half of mixture on top of chicken.
- Place under broiler for 5 minutes.
- Turn chicken over and add rest of mixture to the other side of the chicken and broil another 5 minutes.
