Delicious and easy. Would also be great baked in muffin tins for easy lunches (20 min?)! Found on http://disgustinglygood.com/.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Oil or butter a pie pan and add the chopped veggies/meat/cheese to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; gently pour this egg mixture over veggies, meat and cheese.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.
