Good any time of day. Left overs keep and reheat well. I use a frozen pie shell but you could make your own or use refrigerated one. I use skim milk but you could use what ever %you like.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 9 inches deep dish frozen pie shells
  • 6 pieces cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons diced onions
  • 1 12 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon salt


  1. Bake pie shell until golden brown.
  2. Break cooked bacon into pieces.
  3. Put bacon pieces, onions, and cheese in the bottom of pie shell.
  4. Combine eggs, milk,salt, salt and pepper and pour over the bacon onions and cheese.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
