Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 18 ounces butter or 2 18 ounces margarine
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped macadamia nuts, toasted

Directions

  1. Melt the butter or margarine over a medium heat in a clean pan.
  2. Add the juice of 1 lemon, parsley, and macadamia nuts.
  3. Heat, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles.
  4. Pour over hot grilled or broiled fish.
