Directions

  1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium until hot.
  2. Saute onions, leeks, shallots and green onions 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in vegetable stock and heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in herbs and cook, uncovered, over medium-low until onion mixture is golden, about 15 minutes.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
