Pussyfoot (Alcoholic Drink)

Although there is a well-known non-alcoholic version, this more potent cocktail with a generous measure of rum, is something more of a lion's paw! From a book of Cocktails by Hamlyn.


  1. Put some crushed ice in a blender and add the rum, cream and juices.
  2. Blend at high speed for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Pour into a hurricane glass.
  4. Decorate with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
  5. Enjoy!

Purse your lips cause this a tart one!! This was nice but perhaps a little too sour for my liking, would cut the lime back a smidge next time. Thanks CQ!
