I found this on the CBC website and thought it sounded great and healthy too..Will have to try it out for breakfast one day!
- 1⁄2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1⁄4 cup french vanilla yogurt (Probiotic)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Whirl together all ingredients in blender.Enjoy! :).
This is wonderful! Don't leave out the cinnamon-it really adds to the smoothie.
