Purple Cow Grape Milkshake

"I got this recipe from a smoothie book some years back. It is made with ice cream so I wouldn't say it is very healthy but kids love them."

 1. Oh yummy.....delicious! We made these to go with our brats and fries. My kids loved them and are asking for them again. I have some of the juice concentrate left so will prolly make for them again today. Thank you for this fun and yummy recipe my kids enjoy so much.

 3. When I was younger my dad would make these a lot! They are very tasty. You wouldn't think it would be good but it is!

 4. The only way to get your grape juice *laughs* My son sure liked it!

 5. When I came upon this I thought... Milk and grape juice?? But to my suprise, it was really good! I made this for my three youngest nieces and they really liked it!! I added more than 2 cups of ice cream so it would be a little thicker. Thanks craftymama! It is a sure kid pleaser!

 1. Very nice milk shake. Next time we may try black cherry ice cream instead of vanilla.

I am a stay at home mom to an 12 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. I have been married to my husband and best friend for 13 years now. He is in the military so we move a lot. We are currently stationed in Japan and the experience has been wonderful . I just recently discovered that I really enjoy cooking and I LOVE to bake. I am pretty good at it, at least I think I am. My husband doesn't give my any feedback (he will eat anything), so I have to rely on my daughter. I come from a family were dinner was the same thing almost every night (beans and potatoes). So I have had to learn pretty much everything on my own and with the help and patience of my Wonderful sister-in-law. I hope to take some cooking classes so I won’t have to call her so much. I am looking forward to finding new recipes and sharing some of my own.
