I have made several versions of this. The thing I like about this one is it has plenty of powdered sugar allthe cereal gets good annd well coated. I didn't precisely measure the peanut butter and I added a few extra chips. A great recipe to be made again and again. I took this to our church potluck and with all the Christmas goodies, it was still a hit.

I mixed corn, wheat and rice chex when I made this. The peanut butter flavor got a bit lost, I might add more next time. Maybe the 60% cocoa chips overwhelmed it. Overall it was tasty. I did not shake in a bag, as instructed. I think the powdered sugar coating would have been better if I had obeyed the directions instead of just shaking it on top.
