Good with wontons, egg rolls, spare ribs, ham and roast pork. Simple to make.
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 piece fresh ginger, small piece minced
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Mix marmalade, orange and lemon juices in a blender until combined.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- May be stored in the refrigerator for several weeks.
