This recipe is a favorite of my granmother's. It's an easy yet delicious dessert. Many people do not like coconut, so I leave it off.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. In large glass bowl (or punch bowl) tear angel food cake in to bite size pieces.
  2. Spread cherry pie filling on top of cake.
  3. Spread pineapple on pie filling.
  4. Slice bananas and put on top of pineapple.
  5. Mix pudding according to package instructions and pour on top of bananas.
  6. Top with whipped topping and garnish with coconut, if desired.
  7. Chill in fridge over night.

This is so delicious! It's a refreshing change from a lot of desserts out there with all the fruit. My mother in law has made this for me before, and I love it. I'm making it tomorrow for a bridal shower and I'm sure it will be a big hit!
