Also called Kvakhi Nigvzit, this Georgian dish is delightful.
- Slice the pumpkin in half and remove the stringy fibers and seeds.
- Peel and cut the pumpkin into chunks about 1x2 inches.
- Boil in salted water until tender, about 12-15 minutes.
- Finely grind the walnuts with the sugar.
