Excellent recipe. I have made these 6 times since the posting of the recipe, and have people asking for them. I use a # 50 scoop, quadruple the recipe, and get almost 5 dozen. I make more like 6 x the quantity of filling, as we like them very full. I bake them in a commercial convection oven at 325 degrees, but they take almost 15 minutes for me.
