Pumpkin Trifle
"This is the trifle I came up with that is made with jmelyn's Recipe#71732. I sort of combined different pieces of different trifle recipes until I came up with one that I loved. Hope you like it too! The pumpkin bread is what makes it fabulous."

- 1 loaf pumpkin bread, cubed (recommend Pumpkin Spice Bread)
- 2 (3 1/3 ounce) boxes instant pudding mix, white chocolate flavor
- 1 (30 ounce) can pumpkin pie filling
- 1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (12 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed
directions
- Prepare pudding according to package directions. Set aside.
- Mix the pie filling, brown sugar and cinnamon. Fold into pudding.
- In a trifle bowl, layer the bread, pudding mixture and whipped topping. Repeat layers.
- Refrigerate overnight.
